Care Secure
24/7 remote monitoring and automatic fault detection. We inform you within 48 hours of detecting a relevant fault or deviation.
If a fault requires an on-site visit, no call-out travel charges apply within the contract terms.
Monitoring & annual maintenance
Care Complete
Everything in Care Secure, plus an annual on-site technical inspection. We check relevant components, carry out appropriate electrical measurements and record our findings in a digital maintenance report.
